It is unlawful for minors to use the ultraviolet ray artificial tanning services offered in our

establishment. You may be required to show photo identification.

 

WARNING

 

The ultraviolet rays emitted by tanning equipment increase the risk of skin cancers including melanoma, the most deadliest form. These rays also cause accelerated aging of the skin, wrinkles, and brown spots.
